I started Dark Sky Leather, in the Summer of 2022. I never thought I would be doing leathercraft.. but after watching tons of videos, I decided to buy some tools and material. I've come a long way since then!

Ever since I was little, I always loved making things, and doing stuff myself. This was a natural medium for me to jump into. Wish I would've started sooner. Glad I started when I did though, it's helped me through a lot.

Much like my love of photography, leathercraft is very therapeutic for me. The process is super relaxing, and I get to make functional goods for people to buy out of it. I am always trying to learn new and better techniques, so I can always bring the best quality goods for you.

I never want you to have to come back, unless you're buying another type of good, or a gift for someone.

Based out of Kansas, I only use Full Grain Leather & Shell Cordovan for my goods. All of the pieces you see are handmade from the best materials. ALL of my small goods will always be hand-stitched. You deserve the best for your money.

Why did I name it Dark Sky Leather? For my love of dark gloomy weather. Never more at peace than when it’s raining and gray outside. That being said…
